Capsules of tofu and flax

Each capsule contains:

Tofu concentrate    322mg*
Flaxseed                 108mg*

INGREDIENTS: Tofu concentrate, flaxseed, capsule (fish-derived gelatine with titan oxide and iron oxide colourings)

Recommended intake: 1 capsule twice per day - taken as part of a healthy dietary and lifestyle plan for women in the peri-menopause, the menopause and beyond.
(Note: although some women do reduce intake to 1 capsule once per day because they may still find it effective as regards menopausal symptoms trials show that the full intake is needed for bone health benefits)

Contains no oestrogen. Free from genetically modified ingredients. Gluten free.  Tofu concentrate is naturally derived from soya.

As with any food supplement, if you believe you have a condition requiring medical attention or taking prescribed drugs consult your doctor before taking Tofupill.  Not for use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
