A. Your username is the email address you used to register

A. You can request a password reset here

Q. Can I change my password to something I can remember?
A. Yes - after you have logged in go to the My Profile page and enter your new password

Q. How can I see the status of my orders?
A. Go to the My Orders page from the top menu. You will be asked for your username and password if you are not already logged in

A. No - one login is good for all of our product sites
